The inflated costs based on location is nonsense. I priced out several locations and because your location of "Sienna" master community, you were on average $150 more than other locations that did not have the economic background as Sienna.

The staff has always been great and always available to help.

Ease of service

There are supposed to be 2 moving carts per floor. Rarely are there 2 - even if no other customers are on site.

Easy sign up and easy to terminate when no longer needed.

Facility is very well kept up. Love the climate-controlled aspect. Robert is the best -- NEVER let him go. I've never seen anyone work with the clients like he does. Simply great.

The employees are very friendly. They check the units constantly. I feel as though my items are safe and in good hands. Everyone so helpful too.

Robert went above and beyond
