The gentleman that works in the office is great!

Price rose very fast in less than a year for one of our units, thus, we are having to relocate to Extra Space Storage. Advertised full price rate online is considerably lower than what we were paying, thus, very unfair. We've had storage units at other locations and didn't have the same price escalation. The moving company informed us that this has happened to several people they have move from Cubesmart...thus, it seems like it's a Cubesmart thing. Thus, I cannot recommend.

It’s a good, secure storage space, but the carts are entirely too small, you need larger ones so you have less trips.

First month with them easy online set up! Good customer service. Good area to have a storage between my move out address and new address.

Robert did an awesome job at helping me out. Even took the time to find me a cart while all three of my kids were with Me. Thank you
