The manager I’m not good with names but I think it’s Robert

The monthly fees where not worth it. A lot of times the AC did not work and the space was humid, more than one I saw dead roaches. No available restrooms afterhours or convenient to tenets. Facility manager was always rude and unapproachable.

The rent consistently went up from month to month the conditions in this facility well kept but my problems are truly with the business end.

Empathetic communication

The primary reason: Robert, who is an amazing manager of the facility, and also very customer-focused, helpful, and dedicated in dealings with customers. He was amazing for the time my wife and I had our units at the Sienna Parkway facility, resulting in a really great experience from start to finish. Even though we no longer need those units, I'll repeat here what I told Robert as he was closing things out for me in the office yesterday: we selected CubeSmart at our target storage location in Oregon, 100% because of the great experience we had with Robert at the Sienna location. Well done, Robert & staff!
