There are supposed to be 2 moving carts per floor. Rarely are there 2 - even if no other customers are on site.

Easy sign up and easy to terminate when no longer needed.

Facility is very well kept up. Love the climate-controlled aspect. Robert is the best -- NEVER let him go. I've never seen anyone work with the clients like he does. Simply great.

The employees are very friendly. They check the units constantly. I feel as though my items are safe and in good hands. Everyone so helpful too.

The monthly fees where not worth it. A lot of times the AC did not work and the space was humid, more than one I saw dead roaches. No available restrooms afterhours or convenient to tenets. Facility manager was always rude and unapproachable.

The rent consistently went up from month to month the conditions in this facility well kept but my problems are truly with the business end.
