The primary reason: Robert, who is an amazing manager of the facility, and also very customer-focused, helpful, and dedicated in dealings with customers. He was amazing for the time my wife and I had our units at the Sienna Parkway facility, resulting in a really great experience from start to finish. Even though we no longer need those units, I'll repeat here what I told Robert as he was closing things out for me in the office yesterday: we selected CubeSmart at our target storage location in Oregon, 100% because of the great experience we had with Robert at the Sienna location. Well done, Robert & staff!

The entire facility was always clean and the staff was warm and friendly every time we were there. They helped us several times when we needed help. It was cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The outside of the facility was always kept in great condition
