Excellent customer service service

We still have our larger unit so not getting rid of us that easy! The bigger national brand storage places by and large are the same but the people at the store make the difference, and that’s absolutely the reason here.

The manager and staff were excellent!

Because of the current store manger.The previous manager gave access to my ex husband when he was not on the lease.The current manager helped me with making sure my items were secure by over locking it.Of which I had to pay to have it drilled because my exhusband had changed the lock after being given the access code to the door. He had taken many items

Constant, aggresive rent increases since CubeSmart purchased the property from PublicStorage. Also, a continued refusal to follow the contract requiring 30 days written notice of price increase. Written notice typically would arrive around the 5th of the month for the increase. I've brought it up and fought it every time you've increased rent, but you refuse to comply with the contract. I don't need that much stress in my life fighting your failure to follow the rules.

The lack of carts was frustrating. Other than that it was a great experience.

Lynn was very helpful and informative when I went in to talk to her about a storage unit. She patiently went over all of the details of the rental. We went and looked at two different sizes to help me determine which unit would be best for me. I felt like a valuable potential customer!

Clean facility. Well lighted and secure. Carts were always available when needed. Insight team was helpful.
