Horrible customer service and continued rent increases which had me paying TWICE AS MUCH as other customers. Plus the light inside my storage was broken for OVER 6 months before they finally repaired it AFTER I went to the office MANY times asking them to do it.

I requested a compromise on the continued rising rental rate several times since I’d been a loyal customer for 6 YEARS & I was paying OVER TWICE as much as a new customer was. I told him I would be FORCED to move if he wasn’t willing to lower the rent some & he said he couldn’t do that. He offered to let me move into a different unit for a lower price which is stupid. I shouldn’t to HAVE to move all my stuff to get a DECENT rate. I was willing to pay $1300+ MORE a year than new customers just to stay & he said no, it doesn’t work that way. It’s an awful way to do business & makes no sense!!!
