Horrible customer service and continued rent increases which had me paying TWICE AS MUCH as other customers. Plus the light inside my storage was broken for OVER 6 months before they finally repaired it AFTER I went to the office MANY times asking them to do it.

I requested a compromise on the continued rising rental rate several times since I’d been a loyal customer for 6 YEARS & I was paying OVER TWICE as much as a new customer was. I told him I would be FORCED to move if he wasn’t willing to lower the rent some & he said he couldn’t do that. He offered to let me move into a different unit for a lower price which is stupid. I shouldn’t to HAVE to move all my stuff to get a DECENT rate. I was willing to pay $1300+ MORE a year than new customers just to stay & he said no, it doesn’t work that way. It’s an awful way to do business & makes no sense!!!

They were very kind people. They’re very helpful and gave me a large unit on the corner and I thank you for everything.

The property is well-run and very clean. The price continued to escalate to a point where it simply didn't make sense to keep it.

Everything is awesome just it should be open 24 hour not from 6am to 10 pm

Overall pretty good but always had to search for a cart

The location is a bit secluded. It's hard to tell when exactly you're supposed to turn while driving on 78. It gets confusing when there are three exits so close to each other. If there was an easier way to find it, I might recommend it a bit more.
