No issues with the unit or accessing unit. Just didn’t like that the price changed so many times during a year

Nick and Stavros made the entire process easy, with sign up being a cinch and any paperwork/modifications thereafter also a painless process. The faculty is clean and well kept, and the units with climate control are the best we've seen! We're thankful for the great service and experience! 😎

The facility we originally rented was not a CubeSmart location at the time we entered into our lease. Since the transition in ownership, the overall management and oversight of the property appears to have declined. Although the onsite manager seems to make a genuine effort, he is frequently assigned to other locations, leaving this facility without consistent supervision.The rental rate we were charged was significantly above the prevailing local market. We were able to secure a comparable unit of the same size elsewhere at a locked-in rate for less than half of what CubeSmart was charging.Additionally, the unit we occupied had a non-functioning light fixture for over six months. Despite bringing this issue to management’s attention, it remained unresolved as of the date we vacated the premises.Overall, the pricing and maintenance standards did not align with our expectations or with competitive alternatives in the area.

They are charging me for a unit I never used ! They messed up and gave me the wrong unit
