Horrible people that are employed by this company from the top all the way down to the customer service reps. This company's moto is "let's financially rape our customers". Why? Because they can and get away with it. Horrid storage facility!

Easy and convenient

overall very good experience. the fact there are no electrical outlets in the storage facility is annoying. I have to take all the donated computers home to test. Likely no outlets due to insurance concerns. Who knows what someone in the public may do.
