Horrible experience. I was going to size down my unit because it was too expensive and I live 350 miles away so I was trying to coordinate that and I took two days off from work which was not easy to manage but Lynn the manager not only was she hard to reach but on three separate occasions I was trying to pay for the unit at the same facility and she told me three incorrect ways on how to pay. I had to call customer service for them to verify the information by then I was so stressed out that I said forget it. I burned two days off and had to wait six months before I could get everything arranged again and took a different option. She wasn't new so why she was giving me incorrect information three different times is the big question. She told me to go online to make payment and that was incorrect and customer service was right they said no you can't do that.online if you are already an existing customer. Ridiculous!

I had no issues moving in or moving out!

The staff was not helpful, nor available when I needed answeres to the questions I had. I would rather just move on.

Terrible manager and customer service.

You have taken all service agents out of your locations, Trying to leave all service to distant telephone contact dots not work. Take it from a life long salesman and sales manager. This approach exhibiting an empty store front and a telephone number on the door won’t work

Manager is awful. Lied constantly and my unit flooded. Still awaiting a resolution from CubeSmart. Would not recommend to anyone.

Online e setup was a breeze. Wish I had more options to customize. I did not want protection plan, so that was a bummer.
