You have taken all service agents out of your locations, Trying to leave all service to distant telephone contact dots not work. Take it from a life long salesman and sales manager. This approach exhibiting an empty store front and a telephone number on the door won’t work

Manager is awful. Lied constantly and my unit flooded. Still awaiting a resolution from CubeSmart. Would not recommend to anyone.

Online e setup was a breeze. Wish I had more options to customize. I did not want protection plan, so that was a bummer.

I got my unit almost immediately after you opened and you have done nothing but take price increase after price increase instead of rewarding loyalty you overcharged loyalty

Stuff got wet in the unit. Spoke with the manager about reimbursement for the unit I had just paid for 3 days prior and refused. Will be seeking action due by to loss of income.
