The lady manger was very confrontational when the automotive system wasn’t working. I couldn’t get in or out the the unit because I didn’t have my code written down and with me. I allowed direct debting solely for the purpose of not having to get out and put a code in the box. That day the system was down. I still couldn’t get out and I tried to call her while she was getting out of her car, it seemed like she didn’t hear me so I had a loudspeaker on my motorcycle and I said manager manager I need your help. She turned around and hollered at me, “you’re being rude. If you want to talk to me you come talk to me in my office.” I said, “ma’am, that’s the problem I can’t get out.” She said , “you need to have your paperwork with you. That’s not my responsibility and so she let me out. That particular day I decided I wanted to move but my guys that were with me, told me just stay and just stay away from her.

My stay at Cubesmart was easy and satisfying. Staff was respectful and helpful. My things were secured I had no worries leaving my things.

Storage facilities are on the average expensive. I would recommend a short period.

My storage went from under $100 to $300 for a very small space. I was not told when I rented the storage that it would keep going up the longer I had it. I had to abandon all my things because I could no longer afford to keep it. No I get why all those units become available to sell on storage wars. Maybe that’s the plan all along.

T y break-ins no security or lights cut open gates in facility inviting theves horrible place I recommend no one to go there for any find a different safer storage I was there for 2 days days at the storage on the 20th of January had a break in on the 23rd of January horrible
