I had 4 units at one time. When I rented B110. , a 10' wide. 20 ' deep unit. The overhead light did not operate and I asked many times for it to be repaired. John, the manager at the time, told me there was. ZERO budget for the repair... therefore I never got it repaired. and it still not repaired !!! This makes things pretty dark in the back of the unit. Since I was paying round $200 a month for the unit, I should expect your company for affording a $5.00 light replacement... or... how about a $5.00 credit for each month I have had the unit,,, and a $5.00 reduction in rent going forwrd.,.So,,,, howabout

Because while in sole control of my unit during a routine door change, my belongings vanished. The insurance I was paying for unbeknownst to me; says the claim is denied no forced entry, while entire door was removed.
