Price increase too often.

Multiple, unnecessary price increases during the short time I was there.There are dozens, if not hundreds of people in that neighborhood that rely on storage spaces for more than just extra stuff or holiday decorations. You know that and you're price gouging anyway, because the market will bare it, and they don't really have another option. Shame on you.You're the cleanest, safest, most friendly staffed place in the area, and I still no longer wish to work with you. Do better by your neighbors and your communities. Asshole accountants and executives don't need more money.

Very helpful and courteous

Unit reserved and signed contract and then was told unit not available and was given different unit didnt ask for and being charged more than the unit i signed contract for. How is that even possible I signed contract for unit and it was not even available.

No security items were stolen no camera no care to investigate.

No location where we’re living now, but service received was good.

the front office messed up my account in the first five minutes of being in the office. Booked me two storages. I had to pay for both. no one could fix this messup. I had to call over 6 times, management couldn't even fix it. I still need money returned.

No security one bike stolen reported to staff. One catalytic converter stolen reported to staff. No camera no review of footage. No nothing. Thank you for your rent.

No security not all cameras work easy bike access for homeless.
