Someone there stole my bike and my catalytic converter off my parked van.

The staff have been wonderful. However, the buildings where I stored my belongings are in somewhat of a decay. A lot of dirt seeped into the lockers. I left because of I needed climate controlled storage.

No problems property protected

Items were safe, but very dirty due to leaf blowers forcing dirt/leaves under unit door. Quite a lot of transient/homeless activity where everyone & their brother who don’t appear to be storage customers seemed to know a gate code.

Chandra (manager) is AMAZING! I was a not sure if I should try a new storage unit and BOY, am I happy I did! My whole experience with Cubesmart was simply outstanding! I was here much longer than expected and encountered some unfortunate situations. Chandra was there when I needed her and helped me through it. When it was time for me to vacate, Chandra once again went above and beyond to help me out! I'm SSOO thankful for her and Cubesmart should be glad they have her on her payroll. I will DEFINITELY be using Cubesmart in the future. You have a customer for life!!Thanks again!

Supervisor went out here way to make sure I was comfortable

The manager and staff where very professional and the facility was very clean and the facility was secure.

They were very welcoming when I came into the office and they went and showed me the different storages that was available.
