Price of unit. The price I was charged seemed to be more expensive than units advertised on website. Fees for making a payment on the phone is outrageous.

The staff was always very helpful. When I needed a smaller storage they helped me get one right across from my original storage! So I didn't have to move very far! Thanks Karen moving to texas!Mo

When renting online ucant access the unit when gate code access code note working due to store manager stopping it & saying u gav to to come show ID first. If that's the case, then why do all the needed thing thinking or gonna to be able to store ur thing when u can't

Expensive, homeless people everywhere, rats everywhere and my items were infested with bugs. They also raised my rates without explanation.
