Dee at the front desk is AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming, helpful, and full of positive energy. She had us laughing the whole time and made the entire process feel super easy and stress-free. On top of that, she made me feel completely confident that my belongings are safe here. This place was beautiful the staff was so nice and understanding my stuff was safe and secured even with upgrades made to my units all my things remains in good condition I love this place

Doesn’t seem too safe if people can break in and steal your belongings.

I have a overhead light that has been out since I leased the space B110. It is a flourscent lamp type. The manager at the time of my lease tried to get it replaced, bus said corporate did not want to spend the money. That is poor service especially considering the amount of money I give you monthly !Otherwise, all has been good.

When I first signed up it was a very hectic time. I was there for over 4hours because there were many mistakes made by the person there. He was very friendly but unfortunately very easily distracted. There was a new person now which seems to be in better work conditions, which helps his customer service.
