I gave that score because of the leniency you guys have towards your customers and allowing or even being able to give them the opportunity to still get my things out the storage. The other 2 points is because it needs better units with the roaches I’ve heard there’s rats too I’ve found multiple dead roaches in my things. But I looked passed that when you guys gave me a chance.

My vehicle I stored on your property was vandalized and ransacked all of my electronics were stolen and the batteries were even removed and stolen from my vehicle. Everything in my vehicle was dumped out on the ground and a destroyed. The window was broke I put a plastic window installed for temporary and it was broken into again. Over $15,000 of my things were stolen from my vehicle.

The lady manger was very confrontational when the automotive system wasn’t working. I couldn’t get in or out the the unit because I didn’t have my code written down and with me. I allowed direct debting solely for the purpose of not having to get out and put a code in the box. That day the system was down. I still couldn’t get out and I tried to call her while she was getting out of her car, it seemed like she didn’t hear me so I had a loudspeaker on my motorcycle and I said manager manager I need your help. She turned around and hollered at me, “you’re being rude. If you want to talk to me you come talk to me in my office.” I said, “ma’am, that’s the problem I can’t get out.” She said , “you need to have your paperwork with you. That’s not my responsibility and so she let me out. That particular day I decided I wanted to move but my guys that were with me, told me just stay and just stay away from her.
