We were told it was climate controlled and upon the two visits back, neither time was the storage unit regulated well. When we emptied the unit, the whole warehouse smelled of mildew.

Your person in the office said they will not reimburse us. We only had our stuff there this month for seven days. In Texas They reimbursed us our whole money for the month when we left not good practice.
