Because they keep raising the rent b without telling us then ever time i turn around every big door was broken had to park way far away then walk all aThe way to the storage and the bathrooms always broken and people that were in office have to leave to go to bathrooms if you needed he.p no one there

We rented a 10x30 unit, at a cost of almost 200.00 a month. The overhead door at your Bay Road, Saginaw storage facility has been broken since our initial rental. There was supposed to be a welcome kit with the lock inside the storage unit which was not there, had to mess around with the office personnel in order to get the lock, which remind you, we paid 19.99 for. Have to have office personnel come out and let us in because the door is broken. Showed up on day 3 and there was NO ONE in the office to open the overhead door. Had to then move an entire truck load by cart from the side gate. Asked what the hours were, on 3 different occasions in order to get access to the overhead door, was told 6:00. Showed up on day 5 with a U-Haul full of furniture, at 5:10 p.m. and was advised that 5:00 was the cut off time. I told the office personnel, I asked 3 times what time access closed and was told 6:00, she advised me because the door was broken that last access was at 5:00. It was 5:10 and she would not allow us in. We had to move an entire U-Haul full of furniture through the side access entrance, all the way to the back of the storage where the 10x30 units sit. There was no compassion or empathy, just a "the office is open until 6:00, no more entry". Like, why would we care what time the office is open until, am I storing my house full of furniture in there? No.We ended up renting a smaller 5x10 unit on Sunday, to be advised by email that the lock would be in the unit. Nope, nothing there. Had to go an buy a lock in order to lock the unit before office hours on Monday.Bathrooms are broken!!! No access to a bathroom whatsoever. Staff advised that when they need to use the bathroom they have to leave the premises and go to somewhere local. Thus the reason that when we showed up on day 3, no one was in the office and the doors were locked.What kind of facility are you running on Bay Road, Saginaw, MI?? I will be contacting your main office to get a 2nd month free and to get the 19.99 lock fee's reimbursed.Total inconvenience, which is very sad, because the units themselves are great.No access to a storage unit is complete BS. I would NEVER recommend your Bay Rd facility to ANYONE and if anyone ever asks me for a storage unit referral I will share my horrific experience with this location.Contact me to offer me some kind of restitution, before I blow up every social media platform I can think of to share my experience.Do better Bay Rd. Saginaw, MI.Oh, and by the way, ran into two other renters, same exact experience. One lady said the overhead door has been broken 4 times in the last 6 months. God service and the interior drop off point and having everything interior is why I would choose CubeSmart again.

I would recommend CubeSmart because it was a painless setup, we were able to get the unit size we needed fairly quickly, it was easy to access when we needed to bring items to our unit, you can drive your car right in and it felt secure, we had an autopay option, and moving out was a just as easy.

Very convenient drive-in concept. Generally clean, would benefit if had more dollies available of both types. Access is convenient at 24/7 with a code.

Very clean, great space, good accommodations, easy to access, and affordable.
