Cleean great service

There are so many reasons that I can list. Climate-controlled is a sheer lie; the temperatures in the facility in the winter were intolerable. Dead mice frequently lie around the carts. The bathroom was "out of order" for nearly an entire year and at one point had started to flood. The overhead door was unusable on several occasions, which is the entire purpose of an indoor storage unit in the first place. I could not even dispose of a single bag of trash upon move out in their dumpster as I was told it wasn't allowed. Now let's get to the heavy lift, the price is exorbitant for a lack luster experience at best. The cost may be relevant IF AND ONLY IF 1. It was actually climate-controlled 2. Things were continually in working order 3. Trash and rodents weren't clearly visible and 4. Someone actually seemed to give a shit about the people paying their hard-earned money to use this place. These places pop up in every empty large warehouse style building and profit hand over fist from upwards of $200 per unit with probably 200 or more units in the facility but we can't even have a bathroom. Never again will I put faith in such a crooked concept of a company. Do better, have accountability.

This was my second experience with CubeSmart. The facilities are always well maintained. The staff has been exceptional and very helpful.

I rented with CubeSmart for almost 3 years. In that time, I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Nobody was ever available to answer the phone, or call back, even with multiple voicemails. I reached out to the district manager and did not receive a call back either. Additionally, the bathroom at my location was in working condition maybe 2 months of the 3 years I rented there. My rent went up numerous times ($100 in less than six months is astronomical). I was told that my rent went up because they added 50 new units and had to replace the gate; I’m not sure why I have to pay for the new units, but that’s the excuse I got. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will be sure to be vocal about my experience. The manager is rude and useless.

I had asked about frequency of cleaning in the main drive area and walkways to the units. There were sticky, large spills that were there the entire time I rented. There were boxes left in the main walkways not cleaned up for weeks. The dumpster was off limits for customers to put their items to help make this better.

I love it because your able to go inside especially when the weather is bad and everything is very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice to work with!!

Easy to use.

The employees at the Bay Rd Cube Smart are excellent. The place is always clean . It was a good experience storing my things there.
