The digital portion to get in the gate isn’t working which makes us go to the opposite end to enter the storage unit.

For the past five years, I was very content with the location, the size and the feasibility of the unit and until recently,, the cost.

Staff is super friendly. The move in and move out process was super easy and stress free. The property was very well maintained.

I we never notified or informed of rent increase or about rental insurance 2 very important issues.

There was not a single month i rented that I didnt have and ridiculous reason why there were extra charges even though I was set uo on auto pay at 75 a month sone how ended up paying 110 a month and the last mo th was the end of it when my auto pay supposedly didnt go threw and there was no notification until my unit was in auction status... absolutely the worst storage building experience I've had

Everything was good except increase in price
