Very new and advanced facility with convenient location,easy parking ,clean enviroment inside and outside, great customer service, good prices.

Price was best in area. Kelly was very friendly and extremely helpful. She explained everything i needed in detail.

I always felt safe going there, the staff was fantastic and the place is clean. I have told other friends and family as there's many options and the price is reasonable.

I did not appreciate a 25% price increase after just 3 months rental. Just offer a fair price and hold it for a year (like your competitors do, u haul) you create a lot of extra work for your customers and hope they won’t want to go thru the effort of moving. Very poor business practices

Most companies reward tenure with Perks. Your company seems to do the opposite. The longer I were to stay, the more you increase my rent. The other reason for leaving is that my unit was vandalized and trashed. When it happened your company raised my rent. Seems like the wrong message to be sending your customer. Can you blame me for leaving?

Clean, accessible, plenty of room. The only criticism is the number of times you increased the cost with the year I was there.

My experience was disappointing. The staff treated me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I felt that I was treated differently than other customers, and the interaction came across as racially biased. I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better customer service and equal treatment to everyone.
