I can’t say enough great things about my experience at CubeSmart, and especially about the two incredible women in the front office — Sheila and Kelly. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They made the entire process seamless, answered every question with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my storage choice.Sheila and Kelly are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they truly care about their customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me the unit personally, and made what could have been a stressful task feel effortless and even enjoyable.If you’re looking for a clean, secure facility with outstanding customer service, CubeSmart is the place — and Sheila and Kelly are absolute gems. We rented a locker and paid in full for 1 full year upfront. The rates increased so drastically that it wasn't realistic to stay.The access gates were broken for about 2 months, and the mobile app was never a working option for access. The snow was barely shoveled/plowed and the entire property was not upkept. Most of the trees on the property were dead since they were planted. Spoke to a regional manager asking for a better rate based on the lack of maintenance and customer loyalty and he had a major attitude. These are the reasons that we opted to take our business elsewhere and will continue to others know about our bad experience.

We were moving some Halloween decorations and we were sitting down on the curb minding our own business waiting for a truck to come pickup some decorations. A worker from the front office walked all the way down and pretended she was looking for something else scanning us and stared into our unit, and pretended not to stare into it, as if we were doing something else nefarious. I’m a detective and my brother in law is law enforcement as well. It was kind of stupid, but could make others uncomfortable by doing this. I would not recommend this type of behavior in the future.

Raised price after 4 months by $40. Plus, try to get another unit. Found it was too small. Literally less than 10 minutes after paying $45.. Did not want to give refund or credit towards another unit.
