Door isn’t working to get stuff moved in or out. Been down for several months. I had to carry everything down steps through another door. Manager had no good reasons why it was broken so long. I took off a day to move my stored things and had to hire two people to assist after door was broke and more assistance was required. Never received a message explaining the situation of doors to building being damaged.

Been affordable and easy accessible. Was able to keep my belongings organized had enough room

Well beacause your facilty is over run by mice and mildew you raise the rent every 3 months, you charge extra fees for paying online, you would literally harass me by text message for 2 weeks leading up to my payment due date even tho i had that unit for like 4 years and was only a day late a few times but non of that matters to you, also you eveicted me with no reason halfway through the month i had already paid (which is well within your rights) you also refuse to refund my money even though in your contract it state refund arent owed to people who initiate early move outs which i did not do as i said before you guys evicted me for no reason

10 months ago I was paying $55 for both the unit & insurance together. Now its $72 or a 31% increase without any seen improvements to the property, and it feels like the opposite in fact. There are less carts to help move stuff, more homeless people living in the basement units from when I moved in, the tv that showed the camera to the side door, that I used, was broken months ago. Just everything is deteriorating, from the security to concrete crumbling off the pillar in my unit, and for me its was not worth paying the new price of $72 plus a $1.92 convenience fee anymore. I'm not trying to be mean or rude in this review, just stating what I've witnessed and the things that have lead me to decide to move out. I just didn't feel safe leaving my stuff in the building anymore, and paying 31% more than when I moved in less than a year ago.

I liked the experience overall. The only reasons its not a 10 are there was no parking at the facility and the spot that you are supposed to be able to pull into the building is blocked by two yellow pillars that are placed just wide enough to not allow a car to pull up the ramp and into the building.
