10 months ago I was paying $55 for both the unit & insurance together. Now its $72 or a 31% increase without any seen improvements to the property, and it feels like the opposite in fact. There are less carts to help move stuff, more homeless people living in the basement units from when I moved in, the tv that showed the camera to the side door, that I used, was broken months ago. Just everything is deteriorating, from the security to concrete crumbling off the pillar in my unit, and for me its was not worth paying the new price of $72 plus a $1.92 convenience fee anymore. I'm not trying to be mean or rude in this review, just stating what I've witnessed and the things that have lead me to decide to move out. I just didn't feel safe leaving my stuff in the building anymore, and paying 31% more than when I moved in less than a year ago.

I liked the experience overall. The only reasons its not a 10 are there was no parking at the facility and the spot that you are supposed to be able to pull into the building is blocked by two yellow pillars that are placed just wide enough to not allow a car to pull up the ramp and into the building.

Taunya and Tina are good at communicating and very kind

Lady was very informative and the personal aspect was much better than online storages. I rather deal with a person than online.
