Staff helpful and supportive

Once location was bought out by CubeSmart, customer service was negatively affected. Profits over personable service.

Bill and his assistant were extremely patient and kind - they explained all the details and helped us set up.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I do not feel justified to say it has been a pleasant experience. Over the past 10 years, I have had issues with the elevators on and off. The facility, itself, is filthy, run down and dimly lit. When I emptied my locker there was a lot of mouse droppings. I didn't expect this and didn't have a mask or gloves to wear.Whenever I had to communicate with management I got respectful, pleasant people. I got annoyed with the raise in rent while offering new clients a free month and then a regular rate that is about 1/3 - 1/2 less than what they charge me. The rent was increased $20.00 making a 5x5 locker $100!!! and broken elevators for over a month.

Great customer service, very helpful when I came in the office. I will use them again if I move another time.

Didn’t like the storage at all. The one i got it was all beat up the door and all dirty and the driver way sucks to . I was paying over $300 a month for something like this naaa. Next time you should fix all that
