When I went to tge salem sight, it was awful. There are pushed in storage doors, pot holes everywhere, no security camra, very little lighting. I was appalled at the condition of the place.

Spacious and easily accessible storage unit. Signing up for the account and then closing the account when the unit was no longer needed were both easy.

No snow removed in front the units.

I have a permanent, year-round locker and for the past few years, also do a short-term locker for temporarystorage and shipping preparation. Your people whether phone or office have been really helpful and efficient. Just yesterday, Bill was very helpful!

On top of the poor conditions, while moving out the area was not completely plowed, this made it incredibly difficult to access my unit with our trailer as I had to back it up for a long time, I also noticed that multiple occupied units had been damaged during plowing as well. When we tried to access our unit on Sunday the whole security system had been reset. The gate to get into the area had been left wide open, we could not get into the building with our unit and when we called customer service they tried calling the managers twice but there was no response. Since we could not get to our unit we had to pay for an additional day of rental for the trailer.
