Super convenient to set up, no hassle at all. Very satisfied with my experience so far

My dealings with this Cube Smart facility were great thanks to Curtis the manager.I've been in sales my entire career so I recognize a person who goes above and beyond as a matter of principal (not putting on some corporate mandate always smile and great your customer in some "canned fashion").Every single time i was at the facility (I was storing a vintage VW Rabbit convertible for the winter) Curtis would great me by my first name and honestly gave a crap about what I was up to. I will be back next winter thanks to Curtis. People like him are such an asset.

It was easy to get to and convenient. The manager was great, helpful and courteous. I also was able to purchase boxes which were so much stronger than the ones I got from Home Depot.

The facility that I store in has a great, responsive manager.

You shouldn't be raising the rent on long time customers

cube smart salisbury is a great location. felt safe storing my car there. well managed also.

Water damage in the unit due to snow on the roof that should have been cleared in January and February; Not sure if we will see any insurance payment. There was an issue in getting a dumpster on the promised day at the site.
