Your storage is to expensive

Both myself and a dear friend were hit with rental price hikes, my friend within 3 months, myself within one month.THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS!The managers were nice but they said , this happens randomly… HORRIBLE!I’ve been renting storage properties for years without price hikes.IWILL NEVER USE CUBESMART AGAIN!

The pricing is deceptive - the increases in rent are quite expensive and are not clearly defined when you are signing up. There being no access 10p-6a really doesn't make sense for a facility that is key padded. It is also difficult for a single person to be able to use the bays - by the time a person walks inside opens the doors and gets back to their cars to drive around the bay door is closing - either make the time the bay door stays open a minute longer or place a way to be able to enter the bay at the doors themselves.

Very satisfied with everything and everyone

I have been a customer for 4 years and my experience with the staff has always been excellent. They were always helpful, friendly and kind.The only issue I had over the years has been the increase in the rates. I believed the price increased every year and that always frustrated me because I am on a fixed income and seeing the price go up would scare me.
