Sherry was proactive, reactive, professional and compassionate when dealing with extenuating circumstances with mine and my family’s storage requirements.

I didn't like that my payment kept going up every three months, even after I had changed to a smaller unit. The payment still crept up to almost $200, which is insane.In addition, upon moving this last time, my storage unit was riddled with mouse excrement. I had to sweep all the mouse droppings out of the unit and handle my things with gloves. It was disgusting and I was upset because I'd moved my unit twice before and neither time had I experienced anything like that.

Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facility. The indoor loading dock is a big bonus.
