I stored my belongings for 4 years to have my stuff full of mouse droppings and urine. Had to throw away a lot of my stuff and also pay for it to be taken to the dump after paying $366 a month for my stuff to stay safe. I thought this was a reputable place to store my belongings but I was wrong. This was not just a mouse or two it was a infestation!

Great customer service, clean units and great location.

Sharri and Nick were professionals and supportive of my first experience with a self-storage program.Thank you!

Great customer service

Mice poop, stuff destroyed, high prices prior to jacking up the price further

Frequent price increases, little value. Location was convenient but not 100% secure, gate was often damaged or malfunctioned. Opportunity for better customer service.

The staff has been wonderful. Answering all my questions about moving in and moving out

Responsiveness

Fast and excellent service

My unit was infested with mice. They ate many of my personal belongs that I cannot replace. Not to mention just about everything I touched in the unit had mouse dirt on it or in it.
