The male attendant who worked there was rude when I first applied when I had some technical difficulties on my phone. Additionally, I had to pay several late fees due to your faulty payment system you call into that didn’t process my payment and was given the run around by the call center who assured me a district manager would respond and they did not

I kept telling them for 2 months i was done with the storage unit and they did not understand and still am being charged

I was targeted at the Salt Lake City, Redwood road location by the airport. Locker was cut open and all contents stolen. No other lockers were broken into. I was a target. Too many transients and homeless have lockers there. I have seen them. I have no recourse other than than leaving bad reviews on Yelp and on Social Media and tell my out of state renters to move locations.. no remorse from the staff.

They have been very helpful when I needed some one to look check out the unit for me.
