This was a really upsetting experience. I trusted this facility with my belongings, only to have my unit robbed. When I needed help the most, management did nothing — no response, no help with the police, and no willingness to assist while I was out of town. There are no cameras on the property, and it felt like they completely washed their hands of the situation. To make things worse, I was still charged rent until I could come back and remove my items. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for safe or responsible storage.

A thief renting a unit there broke into our RV and stole everything of any value inside. Then his father took everything out of the thief’s unit - whether it belonged to him or not.

The male attendant who worked there was rude when I first applied when I had some technical difficulties on my phone. Additionally, I had to pay several late fees due to your faulty payment system you call into that didn’t process my payment and was given the run around by the call center who assured me a district manager would respond and they did not
