Everything was perfect except for last day. We had movers arrive and the gates were stuck closed. We had to let the CubeSmart attendant borrow our tools so he could remove the chain to allow manual operation. Really?!?!? Have the one socket and wretch needed in the office so this can be done in such a case. The attendant was great and knew what to do. He was not setup for success due to poor planning on management. I recommend each store have the proper tools and provide training so they can open gates when failed.

The place was always very warm inside, with no air conditioning sometimes, the staff was great but the place wasnt built very well, and after 3 months, the price went up nearly $60.00
