facilities are well maintained. What could be improved and for a better service is to have more trollies and a better area for unloading huge movings as it is a constraint when there are more than 3 different customers.

As a first time customer of CubeSmart, I was impressed with how easy and smooth it was to find and reserve a unit online and then have the local management team reach out to me to confirm my reservation and see if I had any questions. I met Jeff and Sandra at the Hardy Oak location the day before move-in to tour the facility, look at my unit, and complete the contract and set up payment. They were very polite, professional, and thorough and made me feel welcome and comfortable using this facility. The facility is clean, well maintained, and seems secure. I received a good promotional offer for my first month as well as a discount for the following months (which I’m told should last for 5-6 months before any (likely) price increase, but there may be discount offers then as well, so we’ll see).
