The location i was at, provided very minimal security. I had alot of items stolen. There's also alot of other units that have been broken into at this location, as if its just too easy for theifs. Despite this fact, it just keeps happening to people.. I had 2 locks on my unit and I was never told one of them went missing until I found out myself, long after the break in occurred. I was informed management checked for details such as that. They failed me in that regard. My locks were cut off and replaced with another cubesmart lock, which supposedly came from an available unit which had the locks sitting in the unit, where anyone could easily get to. You guys shouldnt leave locks in the vacant units. It makes it too easy to fool management with your own locks, placed by the theif. I left a negative Google review about this location with theft pictures. Only in hope of helping others see what they're getting themselves into. Since your company does the bare minimum to protect your paying customers property. I hope you guys do better so this stops happening.

There has been an exorbitant amount of unit break ins with thousands of dollars being stolen almost nightly. A family members unit had 30k worth of items stolen and he was not notified that his locks had been cut off and changed. After a police report I noticed what appeared to be attempted break in damages to my own unit door with again no communication from the facility manager despite her claim that she walks the facility daily. She also outright lied when questioned about theft in this facility saying none had occurred in the last 5 years but a simple google review shows 1 star reviews due to break-ins within that time frame. I’m tired of the evasion of responsibility, the lack of communication, and the subsequent loss of feeling like my items are protected.

facilities are well maintained. What could be improved and for a better service is to have more trollies and a better area for unloading huge movings as it is a constraint when there are more than 3 different customers.
