Tracy is very good to work with, she told your company would treat me better than Public Storage I was with them for 13 years. They keep going up and up on their rent and when I looked on line I could rent a space from them for A lot less than I was paying. Made me think they did not care anything about their customers.

We were customers for about 1.5 years, upgraded to a larger unit during that time and intended to return in the future. Our entire experiance was ruined with the way we were treated once we empied our unit- suddenly the woman who worked the front office was no longer kind and helpful and claimed to not have a contact email for any management above her. It was not clearly communicated that they would not prorate and refund if you left before your next payment. Our payment was 2/24, we empied and cleaned out our unit 2/28, and we were 'moved out' in the system shortly after according to the woman who works the front. We attemped to communicate with the district manager without reponse. The lack of customer service, clear communucation, or any communcation at all is unprofessional. Having to pay for an entire month of storage space, even after being 'moved out' of the system and allowing the unit to be immediatly rented is poor buisness practices and preditory.

I would never recommend CubeSmart to anyone due to the constant price increases I received over my YEARS of having my unit.

Friendly and accommodating staff.Very clean and constantly saw the managers going around making sure all was well.
