The staff was professional right from the beginning of my use of the Storage Unit,she was very helpful and knowledgeable about how I use the Storage Unit

While the building is clean and easy to access it was frustrating how often the rent was raised.

1. Cube Smart forced us to buy their lock without asking if we had our own, and provided no option to use our own lock.2. The temperature and humidity were high in the storage facility on the fourth floor, and we noticed the air vent our unit was closed for some reason.3. A few of the wheels were falling off of the carts.
