Excelent service and rates

It was dirty all the time and not a good place

The unit I rented online was NOTHING like what was pictured online. The unit had a dirt floor and there were gaps under the front walls and doors, and between the walls and the ceiling. The rats are eating my belongins that I don't have the money to replace. I was told that they were demoloishing the building after occupying the space for about a month (why'd you rent it to me in the first place?!) and told that it was my responsibility to move my stuff to another crappy unit at the same location or at another one. I didn't have the money, time or man powere to move it, so they moved it for me. Now I have to go pick up the key, go to the new space and figure out where everything. I have to say that the manager has been amazing and if it weren't for him you would be dealing with an extremely angry customer!

Forced to move, not given reasonable advance notice. Company should have offered moving assistance. Was told company was tearing down units to build new units. Plan to leave. Had to pay movers myself. Company is not custom foci
