Recurrent elevator issues over the past several years. More recently, it took months before you replace an obsolete keypad access system making it frustrating to even get into the property. Finally, your annual price increase are excessive. This year my rate was increasing $24, from $145 to $169, an increase of over 16%.

It was overall a great experience dealing with management, paying my monthly bill and being notified of when my payment was due. Would rent again

1) despite 'climate controlled' the unit stayed too humid and hot to prevent mold/mildew growth on furniture;2) the first concern (1) did not surprise me, and the main reason for cancelling was that the price increases became obscene at 450/month.
