Entire property & Units are very clean. Office staff is very nice & accommodating as well. Only reason I don't give it 10 stars, & I would DEFINITELY mention this if referring any family or friends to CubeSmart, is due to the fact that the climate controlled units have a VERY LARGE GAP at the top, making it VERY EASILY ACCESSIBLE to whomever may have ulterior motives....all you need is a ladder and your neighbors can climb right on in and pick and choose on what they desire in your unit & simply hoist it back on over TO THEIR SIDE!!!! HARDLY SECURE....& ventilation is NOT an excuse as there IS a ventilation hole in the front side of each unit....at LEAST they could put some razor wire or SOMETHING at the top to deter those with any thieving thoughts.... I don't know how outside units are but all interior are like this. Never seen anything like this before in a storage unit.

In 2017 I rented a unit for $135.00 a month . My last rent payment in 2025 was $468.00. My unit was broken into twice. The temperature control was a joke. I’d say that’s a heck of a deal——for the owner. It’s a heck of a ripoff for the renter (that’s me). I will say that the employees were always nice and were helpful.

The rates are not comparable to the accommodations, location is good.
