Vivian at my location in San Antonio was very friendly & kind. She was very accommodating & answered all of my questions. She was readily available whenever I called. She also keeps the property very clean.

I like the atmosphere at the time of renting the unit. The manager there was very knowledgeable about the information needed. Mrs. Mendoza was very courteous and friendly. I was able to view the unit before renting it.

The management was kind and helpful. The location was convenient for us, and it was easy to access whenever we needed something. The only negative was that it became quite expensive during the three years we used the storage.
