Great customer service for a great price. It was easy to access the area with convenient times and I was able to get twice the space for half the price a Uhaul storage would have cost.

Online and location prices are misleading. Cameras don’t work and units are broken into regularly

A door didn't lock for over a year, even after numerous complaints and then my storage got broken into because of that, and then when I tried to say something about the door lock being broken, they tried to tell me that it had been fixed months before, even though I know it hadn't, because I was at my unit three days before it was broken into and the lock on the entryway hadn't been fixed... and then they turned around and raised my rent. i will never use cubesmart again.
