Very nice and helpful people

A door didn't lock for over a year, even after numerous complaints and then my storage got broken into because of that, and then when I tried to say something about the door lock being broken, they tried to tell me that it had been fixed months before, even though I know it hadn't, because I was at my unit three days before it was broken into and the lock on the entryway hadn't been fixed... and then they turned around and raised my rent. i will never use cubesmart again.

The relationship with Employees was great.

Devora was excellent. She was very personable and help me make a decision on what unit fit my needs. She was upfront and professional and I appreciate how she answered all my questions.

Easy access with no problems, office staff is great!!!
