On site manager was helpful and rental went easy. He cleared an insurance charge after we documented home insurance. Facility was new, clean and neat. It was a short rental for moving student furniture.

The men and women who answer the phone at this location are so friendly and helpful. They made moving very convenient and I am definitely going to use CubeSmart over other companies now for future storage needs thanks to my experience with them.

Didn’t like the issues with the gate working. It was either wide open for all to enter, or closed and not accepting even the emergency codes the manager gave, so we had no access to our unit. Sharon was great to work with, but Andre was much less friendly customer service wise. I do t think he ever responded to an email, so I would have to call to contact him. Even when I would ask for updates about the gate, he never reached out so I would be the one following up. Room for improvement with communication and being customer minded.

Everything was perfect except for last day. We had movers arrive and the gates were stuck closed. We had to let the CubeSmart attendant borrow our tools so he could remove the chain to allow manual operation. Really?!?!? Have the one socket and wretch needed in the office so this can be done in such a case. The attendant was great and knew what to do. He was not setup for success due to poor planning on management. I recommend each store have the proper tools and provide training so they can open gates when failed.
