Generally speaking, this was a decently maintained property during business hours. On the evenings and weekends, I have had several times where there were several homeless people camping inside the gates. The climate control was questionable at times, again on the off hours, there were times that I would walk in and it would be just as warm/hot inside as it was outside. However, the Main reason we left were that the elevators were constantly breaking down and being on the second floor, this greatly affected my business and access to my product being stored here.

I have been renting a storage unit from your company for more than fifteen years. During this length of time my unit was broken into twice, I have seen my rent balloon from 78.00 monthly to 270.00+, nothing has changed the unit is the same and I have even transitioned to a smaller size storage space, but I am still paying more than I originally did.

Office staff attended to my storage rental need with professionalism, courtesy and checked on unit move-in status. Completed rental agreement in person electronically, and my copy was emailed immediately.
