We have been customers since 2018, and the prices just kept going up and up. The door to the building wasn’t always working and this became an issue at times. The employees at this location were wonderful, we just felt there was no true customer loyalty. But overall, we were pleased with the services we received.

Because the that worked in the office lied to corporate telling them I slept in my unit over night with my dog because I stayed out in front of the cube smart storage building over night . She said then I was using the plugs by my unit to use a fan to help cool off every time I needed to take a break from rearranging my unit contents looking around for some important documents of mine she said oh no your not supposed to use the outlets I'm calling my supervisor and your probably going to be evicted so go ahead and start gathering your things have them all outside of the unit and building by 5 pm that day . I had to way of being able to do that that night my dog and I slept in the pouring rain with nothing but a few trash be ags this lady have me right before I left saying here your going to need them for the dog. I'm still waitingon my refund she swore id recieve if i had my unit cleared out by her set deadline and i did just that ...three days ago and still i have mothing

your rates are way too high for a recommendation going forward. I get raising rates to market but $250 for a 10X10 is absolutely ridiculous when you are offering the same at $37 online and 1st month free
