easy to pay online and also loved the little bag yall put for the lock. appreciate that you cut open the package for me to easily remove the lock. thank you. but when coming to get a few things out i was denied entry and told to contact manager. its 7 pm so i wasted 48$ on uber to not be able to enter

At first rep was nice. When I went in the gate there was a car blocking driveway. I called, he came out and told me to park my car and just go in. I asked if the car was going to be moved, he says that there was another entrance on the other side. I told him I was trying to get out by backing up and he says that there’s a key pad for that. None of these was explained to me, I guess he expected me to know this. I went in through the other side and he was waiting for me at the door. I asked him if it was okay for the car to be parked there to which he seemed bothered. I told him that putting a sign would help. He seemed bothered and just walked me to the unit without saying a word. Opened the unit, grabbed the bag inside, and said have a nice day as he was leaving. No apology no nothing. Wasn’t expecting that treatment from him. Might end up going elsewhere if I’m going to be treated that way. I’ve used CubeSmart before and never had that treatment.I have a picture to show how the cars were blocking the way.

This place is unsecured dirty and overall a very bad place to store anything

Too expensive. My unit rental was around $100 when I first rented. It was $230 when I decided it was time to find another place to keep my legal files.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The facility was very clean and I felt safe when I would check on the space.Most importantly, our belongings were stored safely for several years - there were no bugs or rodents, temp was controlled and there was no damage to the contents.

I am a long tenured customer of this cubesmart . Prices have significantly increased so I was able to move to a smaller unit across the hall. LaurinJeff & Andrew should be highly commended
