How can anyone feel comfortable leaving something of value on your property when theft abd vandalism is a common problem. Then the company does not offer any help for repairs or replacement.

We’ve used you beforeWe chose this location because of the convenience of the location and the ability to book online. After booking online we arrive at the facility, no one is there no note on the door hours on website say it should be open. We call and get a thankfully get a gate code we leave to pick up what needs to be stored. Gate code doesn’t work no one in office stillCall gain after 30 min on phone we finally get a temporary gate codeThen there is no lock in the unit which we were charged for, we have to leave our items in storage unit unlocked to go buy a lockThen someone does call us and says they won’t be there until 1230 and we have to wait we told her you’re given a temporary gate code. She was not happy with that at all. The whole thing was just very inconvenient and wasted about two hours.

All of my belongings were covered in a thick layer of dirt. There was a rest in the unit when I moved out as well as lizards and numerous spiders

Theresa is fantastic. Great service and very friendly. Ony issue in 6 years was that my expensive boat cover was stolen. Also, the price consistent price increase. I started around $58 dollars a month and finished at $165.
