Good starting price, but then it starts going up and up and up. Staff at this facility are great though!

Great Staff, they provide great customer service. Nice facility. It's just that Cubesmart continually increases the monthly rent!

Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Storage is a big thing for people, although I believe we all have more stuff than we need these days. CubeSmart was there to help us while we had our home on the market and when we finally made the move to a new state. Although storage costs can add up, CS did for us what we needed to store our personal belongings. We are finally officially moved into out new place and all of our belongings are here. A good place to use for storage, it was close to where we lived.

The unit is fine but the staff have an attitude, acting as if you are inconveniencing them with any question. I was only in the office three times in a year and a half and it felt that way every time. They don't make eye contact with you, they stare at the computer screen while they speak to you. The corporate office should look into hiring robots for this job.
