Got my storage broken into. Door’s security lock doesn’t work. Wasn’t notified about that. No cameras inside the unit. This is the worst unsecured storage I have been to.

Most of my stuff they’re damage from the rats a lot of droppings in my boxes things were ruined. They also broke into my storage the homeless Not great security things to share with you on the management side wasn’t fair wasn’t truly honest Prices are on, not reasonable😭have Dead Mouse in my storage and my personal belongings were ruining pictures Old antiques or Apology Had the storage almost half of year never going back . Had about four storages units with these company And the worst experience and regrets So I don’t recommend this to no one🤬

Jonathan was great very friendly good customer service skills. Explained everything very well just amazing. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and family it was a little far for me but it was worth driving those extra miles.

Their racist and made me park outside the facility making it hard to reach my things.

There was a rat infestation, and even though it took 2 days, which 10 days in between visits, to get all of my things out, I saw the rats on both days, and I don’t think they took any measures to try to get rid of the rats or advise the other units that their items may be damaged because of rats. Very inconsiderate and terrible way of handling the situation.
