I used to have reasonable prices for storage unit.The increase yearly for steady customers is ridiculous on top of the gate issues, which made it impossible for people to have availability to there personal items. sign posted on gate states from 8 am to 8 pm. You could only be there when somebody was in the office. Which until I called to complain multiple times no one was ever in the office at that location. I had to call a head to make sure someone was available to be able to get in my unit. The main resason I picked cube smart was for accessibility after work hours and weekend. No discount were issued due to the continuous lack of availability and accessibility. Continuously increasing price, it was not worth staying with cube smart

No one was there on Sunday during memorial weekend.

Gate was for the most part out of service after office hours which made it difficult to drop off or pick up iteams after my work hours.

Well the gate was broke more times then not sometimes for a week at a time.I feel we should have got our rent deducted for every day the gate was broke but nope
