A second counter clerk would have expedited my time and the time of the individuals assisting me with unloading what I had to place in storage. I waited 30 minutes to begin being processed because another customer was ahead of me.

You advised one price but when I got there it was double $16 more a month for insurance ! Is bull sh*t will never do business with you again

Signing up and getting a unit was pretty easy and quick. The personnel on duty was also very helpful, detailed and professional.

I would never rent here again nor recommend any friends or family. I wouldn’t even recommend a homeless person to rent here. I have been broken into this unit three times on this third try I was completely wiped out everything from 10 years of my life stolen my kids memories my grandmother’s things everything was completely stolen. This is the most disgusting facility and I wouldn’t recommend it to not even the devil himself
