They broke into my storage unit

I wasn’t too happy how the price just kept rising up instead of just being one flat prize

They were not there when they said that they were going to be there the office hours were not correct also they did not hold up to their end of the bargain where they stated that they were going to have the lock and everything ready to go over soon as we got there they did not do that at all in fact this unit apparently was supposed to be a locked unit and you have to go to the office only which didn't help because they were not open

When reserving online it note we could gain access to the unit even if the office was closed, this was not the case. To make matters worse when finally getting to the office and getting to the unit it was not ready, previous tenant's belongings still in unit and it was filthy. Switch from an indoor unit to an outside/drive up unit.

Customer Service was very nice very informative and very professional the explanation of access to the storage unit and the use of the access code and storage lock was also very informative and helpful

The whole process was easy but the service is pricey. The rent went up on me by a lot and I had a hard time processing why the same service could go up by so much.
